By using the website, you are deemed to have accepted the Terms. The Terms constitute the entire agreement between us and you concerning the website.
All references to dollars on this website are in Australian currency. All prices were current at the time of publication on the website and are inclusive of GST.
Online Shopping
Once registered you will be entitled to shop online and purchase products securely with your valid Credit Card or PayPal account. By submitting an order you represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the designated card or method of payment and authorise us to charge your order (including taxes and freight charges if apply) to that card or payment method. If the card (or other method) cannot be verified, is invalid, or is not otherwise acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled automatically.
Shipping
We currently offer Australia Wide delivery direct to your door included in our pricing, (some Remote & Isolated areas may attract a surcharge)
unfortunately we are not able to deliver to a PO Box or international address.
Rug Returns
Our Rugs are so ridiculously cheap 🙂 that we offer No Returns on our Rugs Unless Faulty. Faulty Rugs can be Returned at a No Cost to you, Contact within 2 business days of Receiving .
Our apology, we may accidentally ship the wrong item to you. If you have received an incorrect item, let us know as soon as you can, within 2 business days of receiving.
We will offer to send you the correct item and arrange for the pickup and return of the incorrectly shipped item at no cost to you.
Out Of Stock Rugs
From time to time there may be some rugs that are out of stock in this case a full refund will be issued.
